About Andreana

Hello! I'm Andreana, and my mission as a freelance writer & consultant is to provide an experienced approach to organizing, assembling, and creating clearly written documentation, and content strategy needs for individuals and businesses. 

I excel at distilling complex ideas and reshaping them into digestible content for targeted audiences. I also offer my services as a mentor for other freelancers, who for example may be "stuck" or roadblocked toward completing their project work. 

I have a unique perspective that is both creative, and analytical...which gives me the ability to work on highly creative, or complex technical projects. 

In 2025, I’m excited to offer additional services: digital media and social media management, including photography & videography for product & services promotion. Particularly passionate about the food industry and cooking, I’m excited to share upcoming samples of my work!

I have over 18 years of experience supporting businesses across various industries with creating web content, UX writing, user guides, proposals, blogs, grant applications, business process documentation, eLearning, self-help documentation and more. I've worked closely with software development teams and developed a strong understanding of Agile methodology for product and project management. I am also very experienced at working cross-functionally with other teams from technology to marketing and human resources.

With over 12 years of experience as an adult education instructor, I've had the privilege of mentoring writers and students. I am a former instructor for Lone Star College and Houston Community College. 

Currently, I am part-time faculty member & volunteer for a grassroots writing organization that supports emerging creative writers, writespacehouston.org. Additionally, I work with CEOs, leaders, and individuals in confidential tutoring sessions focused on corporate and conversational English communication.
